What materials do you use?
Designs are made in sterling silver and precious metals. Belgian hallmarking rules apply: each piece bears an alloy stamp and Anne’s master stamp.
What ring and chain sizes are available?
Rings are generally available in European sizes 49–59. Pendant chains come in 40–45 cm and 55–60 cm. Bracelets are available in 16.5, 17.5 and 18.5 cm.
Can my piece be engraved?
Items with a medallion can be personalised with a handmade letter, monogram, name or date. Engraving takes approximately one additional week.
Can I return my purchase?
Returns are accepted within 14 days after prior email authorisation. Engraved, worn, damaged pieces or pieces without the original box cannot be returned.
What are the shipping costs?
The current published rates are Belgium €8.47, European Union €18.15, Switzerland and UK €30.25, and rest of world €90.75. These are confirmed before payment.
Is VAT included?
Yes. All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT. Each piece includes an original Anne Zellien box.
How can I pay?
The current boutique accepts Visa, PayPal and Mastercard. Live online payment will be available after the new shop connection is activated.
